2A12 aluminum alloy metal AI-Cu-Mg series aluminum alloy, main features and application scope: This is a kind of high-strength hard aluminum, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has medium plasticity in the quenched and freshly quenched state, and has good spot welding and gas welding. The alloy has a tendency to form intergranular cracks. After quenching and cold work hardening, the machinability is good. After annealing, the machinability is low: the corrosion resistance is not high. Anodizing and painting methods are often used, or an aluminum layer is added to the surface. Improve its corrosion resistance.
